Opting-out: ProLitteris untersagt die automatisierte Analyse von Werken für Text- und Data-Mining gemäss Art. 4 EU-Richtlinie 2019/790 und ähnlichen Regelungen für alle Texte und Bilder im Verwertungsbereich Audio (Nutzungen durch Sendeunternehmen) und im Verwertungsbereich Art (Nutzungen von Kunstwerken).

Opting-out : ProLitteris interdit l’analyse automatisée des œuvres à des fins de text and data mining conformément à l’art. 4 de la directive UE 2019/790 et d’autres règles similaires pour tous les textes et images dans le domaine de gestion Audio (utilisations par des organismes de diffusion) et dans le domaine de gestion Art (utilisations d’œuvres d’art).

Opting out: ProLitteris vieta l’analisi automatizzata delle opere per l’estrazione di testi e dati ai sensi dell’art. 4 della Direttiva UE 2019/790 e altre regole simili per tutti i testi e le immagini nell’ambito del settore Audio (utilizzazione da parte di organismi di diffusione) e nell’ambito del settore Art (utilizzo di opere d’arte).

Opting-out: ProLitteris prohibits the automated analysis of works for text and data mining in accordance with Art. 4 EU Directive 2019/790 and similar rules for all texts and images in the management sector Audio (usages by radio and TV operators) and in the management sector Art (usages of works of art).
